Don’t Wait Until December to Reflect

Most people wait until December, or worse January, to pause and reflect on their year 🗓️

By then? They’re exhausted and burnt out. Rushing through holidays or already stressing about the year ahead - not exactly the best headspace for thoughtful reflection 🫠

That’s why I always do it in November.

Before the overwhelm, the mental fatigue and the pressure to “start fresh”!

This is your moment to actually pause, properly pause, and ask:

  • What actually worked this year?

  • What moved me closer to my goals?

  • What drained my energy for no real gain?

  • What do I want more of in the year ahead?

This doesn’t have to be a deep, handwritten journal entry or a five-page review.

It’s about gaining clarity.

Because what you don’t review... you repeat 🔁

The Biggest Mistake I See?

👉 Reflecting without adjusting!

It’s one thing to notice what’s not working, it’s another to do something about it.

✨ That’s where structure and accountability come in!

Not big, dramatic changes. Just small, consistent check-ins:
✔️ A weekly reset.
✔️ A space to review honestly.
✔️ A simple system that helps you course-correct before you veer way off track.

If you’re done with carrying the same chaos from one year into the next, now’s the time to shift it 💪

Reflect and adjust now, then you can walk into next year actually feeling in control 🌟

Organised Wishes,
Helen
